The Service provides stock screening, ranking, analytics, charts, and related data views for informational and educational purposes. Features may change over time, and some features require a paid subscription.

The Service does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or fiduciary advice. Nothing on the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should conduct independent research and consult qualified professionals.

5. No Performance Guarantees
We do not guarantee trading results, investment performance, profitability, or avoidance of loss. Past performance, historical backtests, and rankings are not indicative of future results.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds
Paid access is processed by our payment providers (for example, Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal.

- Do not reverse engineer, scrape at abusive rates, or interfere with platform operation.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
